Da A Fu, Huishan clay figurines from Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province, recently made their appearance at a library in Chattanooga, the United States, a sister-city of Wuxi.
The Huishan clay figurines were presented by the Wuxi government to the US city as a gift for the 40th anniversary of the establishment of sister-city relations between Wuxi and Chattanooga, while Chattanooga sent a painting of the renowned bridge in the city to Wuxi as an anniversary gift.

At the unveiling ceremony, Tim Kelly, mayor of Chattanooga, introduced Wuxi and the city's intangible cultural heritage represented by Huishan clay figurines.

Recently, mayors of the two cities sent videos to each other to celebrate the anniversary of their sister-city relations. Mayor Tim Kelly said in the video that over the past 40 years, Wuxi and Chattanooga have maintained rich and wonderful partnership and that their relations are a good example for other sister cities.
Chattanooga is the fourth largest city in Tennessee. The city is home to the manufacturing and distribution centers of Alston, BASF, Dupont, and other multinationals, as well as the regional headquarters of the American Telephone and Telegraph Company.
