Wuxi Talent Group was launched on Feb 24. The formation of the group is an effort by Wuxi to develop and allocate human resources using market-oriented means.
The group was established by Guolian Group, and will be directed by the Wuxi Municipal Talent Office. It aims to cultivate talent, incubate projects and improve data in order to serve Wuxi's talent-related efforts.
The group's main task will be related to talent introduction and cultivation, talent ecological services, financial ventures, Taihu talent funds, housing, human resources, industrial parks, talent big data center and headhunting alliances.
The group will focus on the city's strategic emerging industries, continue to increase investment in talent recruitment, cultivation and retention, and strive to become a professional talent service organization with significant influence in the Yangtze River Delta region.
Chen Liang, CEO of Wuxi Talent Group, said that over 50 Chinese cities and regions have built up a talent group to improve talent work, which could help realize precise matchmaking between talent and enterprises, as well as talent and policies.
"As a talent service integration platform combining talent chains and industrial chains, we will give full play to the strong integration role of government-led and State-owned assets in talent work, make breakthroughs in talent services, and accurately connect talent, industries, capital and policies," said Chen.
Chen added that the group will promote construction on the Wuxi Talent Big Data Center to provide one-stop services online.
